Whether you’re a concerned parent, an individual looking out for their own well-being, or someone interested in self-defense, this seminar provides a solid foundation.
Course Topics
During this seminar, we’ll cover the following essential topics:
- Awareness: Learn to recognize potential threats and stay vigilant in your surroundings. Heightened awareness is the first step toward personal safety.
- Everyday Carry Attire: Discover what items you should carry with you daily to enhance your safety. From simple tools to practical accessories, we’ll discuss effective options.
- CPR/First Aid Concepts: Understand basic life-saving techniques, including cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and first aid. Be prepared to assist in emergencies.
- Force Multipliers: Explore strategies to maximize your ability to protect yourself. These may include non-lethal tools and techniques.
- Firearm Safety and Firing Your “First Shots”: For those interested, we’ll delve into firearm safety principles. Learn about safe handling, storage, and firing basics.

Practical Experience
- Live Range Time: If you’re curious about shooting pistols, we’ll provide live range time. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, give it a try or showcase your skills. Eye and Ear protection will be provided if needed. Firearms and ammunition will be provided by Threefold Defensive Training.
